Stuy wins the Genes in Space Constellation Award

Ms. Jessica Quenzer shares that for the second year in a row, Stuyvesant won the Genes in Space Constellation Award for the Northeast Region. This year a record number of Stuy students entered the competition. Students were from Science Olympiad, and from AP Biology, Genetics, and Regeneron classes, taught by Ms. Quenzer, Ms. Maggio, Ms. Hua, and Mr. Econome.

We have seven students who ranked as semifinalists. They will now move into the next phase of the competition, a one-minute video pitch. Congratulations to:
