Stuy students visit Washington D.C.

Dr. Jeaurel Wilson, Mr. Angel Colon, Ms. Undine Guthrie and Ms. Zakiya Casey took 25 students on a day trip on Friday, April 4 to Washington D.C. The weather was beautiful and the students had good time. Stuy alum, Karl Watson spoke to students on the trip. They visited Morgan State University, the National Museum of African American History and Culture, and ended with a brief visit to the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Memorial.
It was an educational and cultural experience with an historical journey in time.

Many thanks to support from the Parent's and Alumni Association for supporting this annual trip!
