Ms. Marissa Maggio is happy to share congratulations to students who competed in the Envirothon Competition this week virtually! Stuyvesant had two teams compete and placed 1st on three of the five categories this year. Bravo!!
Team B took 1st place for all of New York City!! They also scored highest in the Forestry and Current Issue categories. Congratulations to senior Julia Hart, sophomores, Yuqing Wu and Corey Kwan, and freshman, Yaqi Zeng.
Team A placed 5th of six teams but had the highest score for Forestry. Congratulations to seniors, Sammi Lin and Eric Xu as well as sophomores, Karen Chen and Suyeon Tina Jang, and freshman Judy Chen.
