The October PA General Meeting will feature elections for the Freshman Parent Representative & Alternate to the School Leadership Team (SLT), Sophomore Alternate to the SL, and Executive Board Members-at-Large for all classes.
Each parent must register individually - using the same email you use for TALOS - so that we may verify voter eligibility. You'll need the unique 11-digit Eventbrite Order Number to cast your ballot during the election proceedings.
The meeting will also includes reports from the school administration and PA on exciting activities and opportunities for the new school year.
The Zoom link and meeting materials will be emailed to you via Eventbrite. The list of candidate and candidate statements will also be shared in the PA newsletter and in emails sent by Ms. Ingram and the PA.
Simultaneous translation will be provided in Mandarin and ASL. Please see the Eventbrite confirmation and reminders for the dial-in number.

If you have not yet completed your Eventbrite Registration please do so as soon as possible and be sure to use your Talos email! You will need your Eventbrite Order Number to vote.
Please note that no materials/messages in support of a candidate or a slate of candidates may be distributed/posted on school premises/websites, by any candidate or supporter. This includes chat rooms, group texts, parent email lists, newsletters, and social media targeted at the Stuyvesant and/or PA community. Candidates who violate this provision, directly or indirectly, will be subject to disqualification and may be deemed ineligible for office for that election year. (Chancellor's Regulations A660 E.6.b and the Stuyvesant PA By-Laws IV.11.4)
