<p data-block-key="j1mn3">The New York Blood Center thanked Stuyvesant for an incredible drive on March 31, collecting a total of 78 pints, increasing our school's collections by 32 more pints than last time!</p><p data-block-key="6mh6l">There were 86 people registered to donate and 78 lifesaving blood donations were collected. We are thrilled to know that those 78 units of blood have the potential to help save <b>234 lives in our community! We also had 42 first time donors!</b> Organizing a blood drive takes tremendous creativity and dedication to support to the mission of the NY Blood Center. </p><p data-block-key="4rt5b">The next blood drive will take place at Stuyvesant on Thursday May 28. </p>
