<p>Congratulations to Mr. Tamosaitis, our Music Department and all our fabulously talented Orchestra ensembles on their Spring performance before Spring Break! It was a beautiful concert!</p><p>Mr. Tamosaitis shares a clip from the April 18th concert - the piece is “Whistling in the Dark” by Henry Mancini from the 1970 movie “Darling Lili”.</p><p>Ms. Tamosaitis adapted the Nelson Riddle arrangement on the soundtrack for the junior orchestra and added a jazz version on to it. Kids did great. Israel Stahl played a hot trumpet improv and we added dancers from Stuy Ballroom Dancing. We're so proud of everybody involved!
