Stuyvesant hosted our annual Fall Open House for interested middle school families on two consecutive nights last week! A crowd of over 3500 families totalling over 8000 registered to attend this record-breaking year! Hundreds of Arista students and Big Sibs provided guided tours to visitors. Over 95 parent volunteers over the two evenings provided support, answered questions, and supervised our juniors and seniors who held bake sales to raise money for their proms! Dozens and dozens of staff members provided department presentations and demonstrations along with our student union club leaders and sports teams. Families also went on self-guided tours throughout the building. Concurrently, Principal Yu, Assistant Principal Ms. Pedrick and Ms. Ingram shared in six rotating informations sessions in a very full theater!
