Last week, on Wednesday and Thursday combined we had more than 7,000 registrants of our Fall 2024 Open House for prospective students. We ran six information sessions in the theater while hundreds of students led tours and our faculty ran demonstrations and answered questions from visitors. Over 85 parent volunteers gave their time to assist with fundraising, crowd control, translation, and more.
While Wednesday was busy, Thursday was packed ! We eve ran out of student volunteers to lead tours, but even with the large crowds, our team, our students, and parent/family volunteers truly stood out in offering a glimpse of Stuyvesant. . Thank you to all who coordinated all of the moving parts for a successful Open House including Arista, Big Sibs, faculty, administration, the PA and more!
