Several talented Stuyvesant students, including Yuxuan Che, Mica Cho, Yahli Efriam, and Daniel Hall, took the stage alongside high school musicians from all five boroughs, showcasing original music and contemporary performances that highlighted the creativity and dedication of Stuyvesant’s student artists. Additionally, this concert included future Modern Music stars from the middle school program Salute To Music NYC.</p><p data-block-key="2ba97">Co-created by Stuyvesant faculty member Harold Stephan in partnership with the Arts Office, the MMP is the newest addition to the All-City High School Music Program. The ensemble is designed for students with a strong interest and/or ability in songwriting, music production, and contemporary music performance. Through a partnership with the Songwriters Hall of Fame, MMP students also gain access to guest visits from GRAMMY-winning songwriters, producers, engineers, and music industry executives — all right here at Stuyvesant.</p>
