Ms. Brian Sterr shares that based on their outstanding performance on the AMC 12 and AIME exams, we had four students invited to take the USA Math Olympiad competition, seniors Paul Gutkovich, Joseph Othman, Josiah Moltz, and John Gupta-She. In addition, sophomore Ian Buchanan was invited to the USA Junior Math Olympiad competition after performing well on the AMC 10 and AIME exams. These five students will sit for their Olympiad exams Tuesday March 21st and Wednesday March 22nd. Each day they will have 4.5 hours to solve 3 problems and write up their solution.
