If you're between the ages of 13-19, and you're interested in learning how to make a change in your community both through your art as well as through action & advocacy, come join on May 16 from 5-7pm @ Grae Wellness in Manhattan.
During this program led by fellow youth, we will work together to break down the ins & outs of the election process centering around the upcoming June City Council Primary Election. After these discussions, together we will create action steps (and poetry/hip hop) to get people in our communities to advocate for change through the electoral process.
Free food and round trip Metrocards will be given to all participants.
