Spectator’s Fall Recruitments, Zoom-style!
Come learn about Stuyvesant’s biweekly student-run newspaper, The Spectator, at our fall Recruitments. At this event, we will cover each of our 7 writing (News, Features, Opinions, Science, A&E, Humor, Sports) and 6 non-writing (Copy, Business, Photo, Art, Layout, Web) departments and what they do and/or cover.
At the end, we’ll field any additional questions you may have in the Q&A segment of the webinar or in department-specific Zoom rooms! We’ll also distribute interest forms so that you can receive applications for each department when they are released.
We hope you decide to apply and join one (or more!) of our 13 amazing departments, and become part of the Spec community :) As a former editor once said, you can either “Spectate or be Spectated!”
