This first nutrition presentation will focus the basics of nutrition for keeping your brain focused and body energized throughout the day for classes, studying, and athletics! We will discuss tips & tricks to prioritize breakfast--whether on-the-go, at school or in the nearby area, as well as what to eat for lunch. Finally, we will dive into quick snack options and hydration tips that are even better & safer than any energy drink you could have! This will be a fun & interactive presentation!

This 2nd nutrition talk with focus on how to create your own performance plate and teach you how to fuel your body for your sport or exercise endeavor. We will learn sports nutrition basics--like the importance of carbohydrates, good sources of protein, and what fats do for our body. We will discuss some snacks ideas that are best for before & after exercise/competitions. Finally, we will learn more about hydration, what is in our sweat, and the dangers of energy drinks & high caffeine amounts. This will be a fun & interactive presentation
