<p>On <strong>Friday, January 25,</strong> at <strong>1:20</strong> in our <strong>main theater</strong>, our college counselors will present to our current sophomores about the college process. This event is for <strong>SOPHOMORE</strong> <strong>students only</strong>. The event will last about an hour and immediately follows the Chemistry final. The event should serve as a nice introduction to the process and our College Office which we hope will leave sophomores a little more prepared for, and a lot less worried about, the road that lies ahead.</p>
<p>If your exam that day ends later than 1:20, please see our college counselors at the end of the session (around 2:20) and we will go over the key details with you.</p>
<p>Tenth graders do NOT need to stress about choosing where to apply to college, what to study in college, how to apply to college or for financial aid, or <em>any </em>of this stuff…they will have plenty of time to address these issues with college counselors when our college counseling program begins with the Class of 2021 next February. </p>
<p>However, we know that many have been thinking about college for a long time. Many have lots of questions. We thought it might help if we took a moment to speak directly to the Class of 2021 to introduce some basic college search and admissions concepts, and allow sophomores to ask some questions.</p>
