• Dates: exact dates TBD, between April 11-21, 2025; student’s will be excused if they miss a day of school but will be responsible for any missed assignments
• Cost:$3,869 per student (with early bird $200 discount- enroll by noon on Nov 15, 2024 and can still cancel for refund of deposit) 
  • All students will be placed on the waitlist. Beginning November 15th students will be contacted if they are selected for the trip from the waitlist. Anyone that decides against attending the trip at that time or are not selected will have their $95 enrollment fee returned
  • There are limited partial scholarships available through Stuyvesant for qualified students.  There are other avenues all students can apply for scholarships as well.
• Accommodations: shared hotel rooms; usually 2 double beds for 4 students
• Open to any student currently enrolled at Stuyvesant High School 
• Chaperones will be staff members from Stuyvesant High School

2. Register and pay deposit on EF’s website- deposit for $95 fully refundable if canceled by November 15.

We will follow up with information as we learn more.  Expect to hear from us in about 2 weeks if your child has been added to the trip or is on the waiting list.
