Submissions are OPTIONAL but highly recommended! Submissions are due by <b>Sunday, November 8th, at 11:59 PM</b>. Late submissions will NOT be accepted. We also encourage you to <b>change your Facebook profile pictures to your baby photos</b> to uphold this classic senior tradition! <br/>Further instructions are provided on the second page of the form.
