SENIORS: May 1 is College Decision Day

This is just a friendly reminder from your College Office that May 1, which has historically been National Candidates Reply Date, is fast approaching.  That means that you will need to have made a decision regarding where you will attend college next fall, and have submitted your enrollment deposit to said institution, by then.

While some colleges may have pushed back their deposit deadline this year, many are still holding to an early May reply date, including most of the highly selective private colleges. Make sure to adhere to the college deadline for the specific college where you plan on enrolling.

If your college has a reply date but you need an extenstion, contact them directly and ask.

Remeber also that if you are admitted from a wait-list by another college after making a commitment elsewhere, you are still permitted to change your plans.

IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE MAKING A DECISION, OR NEED HELP WITH ANYTHING INCLUDING MAKING SENSE OF YOUR FINANCIAL AID PACKAGES, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR ASSIGNED COLLEGE COUNSELOR FOR ASSISTANCE!  That's why we're here.
