That means that you will need to have made a decision regarding where you will attend college next fall, and have submitted your enrollment deposit to said institution, by then.</p><p data-block-key="b6prk">Remember, most selective colleges do not admit many students from the wait-list, and sometimes admit none at all. And, most wait-list offers will arrive after May 1, sometimes as late as June or even summer. <b>You must commit to a college by May 1 to ensure you have a college to attend next fall.</b></p><p data-block-key="9ve5m">Remember also that if you are admitted from a wait-list by another college after making a commitment elsewhere, you are permitted to change your plans.
