Points will be applied or deducted accordingly.</li><li>All parts of the application must be completed, and all requested documents submitted by the deadline. Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.</li><li>The essay is a critical part of the application consideration. The directions must be followed exactly with respect to subject matter, length, grammatical correctness and spacing.</li><li>Letter of recommendation must be specific to this scholarship and not a generic referral. </li><li>The photograph should be a quality image. If the scholarship is awarded, the photograph will be used in printed publications.</li><li>And, if the student is invited for an interview as part of the Youth Achiever application process, the student should be advised to dress appropriately for the occasion.<br/></li></ol>
