During the week of March 22, Seniors and families of the class of 2021 receiced important information regarding senior dues and instructions on how to pay the first installment, which covers the senior package. As the payment deadline for this first phase is April 15th at midnight, please carefully read the letter below and place your order as soon as possible.

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Seniors:
This letter is to inform you of the current status of Senior Dues for the Class of 2021. Though we are optimistic about hosting an outdoor graduation this year, senior dues have been divided into two phases to account for ongoing planning. The first installment of dues will cover the senior
package-cap and gown (kept by the student), senior class t-shirt, diploma cover, and senior keychain. The second installment of dues will include the yearbook and graduation tickets. If you are unable to attend an in-person graduation, live-stream options will be made available, please be on the lookout for additional communication within the next few weeks from us regarding this second installment of dues as we continue to solidify graduation plans.
As of today, the website to pay the first installment of dues (and thereby order the senior package) is open. Please visit the website here (www.Smoo th USA.com/ Stuyvesant HS-Grad,) to view the ordering form and determine your gown and t-shirt sizes. You will notice that the senior t-shirt does not currently have a design. After the Senior Caucus completes the traditional senior t-shirt design competition, this will be updated. Including shipping, the total cost of the senior package is
approximately $59. This year, the only way to pay this fee is via the SmoothUSA website linked above using a credit card or PayPal Express. The online store will close at midnight on April 15th, so you must order as soon as possible.
As was mentioned in the introduction of this letter, more detailed information regarding graduation and the second phase of senior dues will be available soon.
