The Stuyvesant Environmental Club visited the Battery Urban Farm on for a wrap up of the season’s harvest! They got to learn about pickling and taste test a variety of pickled foods including turnips, peppers, and dilly beans. Then they were able to try pickling themselves with herbs and crops grown at the farm.
