Science Olympiad intro elective course for freshmen and sophomores is available! It focuses on engaging with the technology component of SciOly. They will be engineering and building prototypes of vehicles, towers, mousetraps, and other contraptions. Some building events will involve 3D printing. Each group picks a focus area they want to work on. They will also have mini engineering competitions. It’s a project-based learning course. Students do not necessarily have to join SciOly to join the class, but those who are interested in the tech component of SciOly are encouraged to join.
