School Day SAT 4/19/24 -- Special Schedule!

Stuyvesant will have it's 2nd and final administration of the School Day SAT for juniors on Friday, April 19, 2024. Room assignments will be emailed on April 15 to students. Those with approved accommodations from the College Board have been assigned to a room with those accommodations. Please note, attendance will be taken on April 19, 2024, during each period of the afternoon classes following NYC Public Schools (NYCPS) attendance guidelines.Afterschool and PSAL activities will continue to take place Friday afternoon.

Please review the important details below:

• School day SAT is free for all juniors (Grade 11)
• SAT is in digital format and devices will be provided by Stuyvesant (NOTE: Personal devices will not be allowed for the school day SAT)
• Registration for the exam is not required with the College Board or Stuyvesant
• Prior notification is not required if a student does not wish to take the school day SAT on their designated testing date

Any junior who chooses not to sit for the school day SAT as well as all students in all other grades will follow the abbreviated school day schedule that all non-test takers (Grade 9, 10, and 12) will follow on April 19. Those who sit for the exam may either leave the building for lunch or have lunch in the cafeteria from 12:35 pm to 12:50 pm.
