<p>On behalf of Assistant Principal, Mr. Brian Moran, please see this letter outlining the requirements for rising seniors and their immunizations to be up-to-date. <b>The deadline is May 1, 2022.</b></p><p>The letter was sent to families of juniors on February 15, 2022</p><p></p><p>Dear Parents or Guardian,</p><p>This coming September your child will be a senior in high school.</p><p>All 12th graders are required to be vaccinated for meningitis meningococcal (menACWY); one dose only if the 1st dose was received at age 16+ or older. Some students may need a third dose as the first 2 doses were given before age of 16; proof of immunization will be needed and signed by a physician or Board of Health person responsible for giving your child these shots.</p><p>Records must be brought to Ms. Bullock in room 371 or emailed to abullock@schools.nyc.gov. Failure to provide proof of immunization could result in your child being excluded from school.
