It is founded and organized by the Terra Science and Education and hosted by the State University of New York at Oswego. High school students who have conducted water-related science projects are encouraged to apply for the opportunity to share their research and win a $10,000 scholarship.</p><p><b>APR 27, 2022</b> <a href="https://www.youngscientistlab.com/challenge"><b>https://www.youngscientistlab.com/challenge</b></a> <b>Discovery 3M Young Scientist Challenge</b> middle school students identify a solution to an everyday problem that directly impacts</p><p>them, their families, their communities, and/or the global population. The idea must be a new innovation or solution, and cannot simply be a behavioral change or a new use for an existing product.</p><p><b>APR 30, 2022</b> <a href="http://www.biotechinstitute.org/go.cfm?do=page.view&amp;pid=32"><b>http://www.biotechinstitute.org/go.cfm?do=page.view&amp;pid=32</b></a></p><p><b>International BioGENEius Challenge</b> is designed to recognize outstanding research in biotechnology. Finalists showcase their research and have the opportunity to win cash awards.</p><p><b>MAY 01, 2022</b> <a href="https://www.competitionsciences.org/competitions/national-stem-video-game-challenge/"><b>https://www.competitionsciences.org/competitions/national-stem-video-game-challenge/</b></a> <b>The STEM Video Game Challenge</b> is open to middle school and high school students in the U.S. in grades five through twelve. Students may enter as individuals or as teams of up to four members. Entries can be created using any game creation platform such as Gamestar Mechanic, Unity, GameMaker, and Scratch or as a written game design document.</p>
