<p>In preparation for the end of the school year, please read these important reminders:<br/>Grades for Seniors will be available on Talos on June 21. Follow the instructions emailed and in the Weekly Update for <b>CR requests</b> at <a href="https://talos.stuy.edu/cms/pages/stuyvesant-blog/cr-requests-spring-term-2025/">this link</a>. Remember the hard deadline is <b>June 25 at noon</b> for requests to appear on transcripts sent to colleges.<br/>We will follow a <b>special schedule on Thursday, June 26.</b> Seniors ONLY will come into the building for diploma pick up in homerooms. Follow the schedule below: </p><p><b>9:15 - 11:00 am</b> Seniors Enter Building (from bridge)</p><p>Textbooks and computer (if applicable) drop off .<br/>Textbooks must be scanned in at bridge. Fees are paid in room 209 for lost books.<br/>Devices are returned in room 273B.Diploma pick up and sign out procedures from Homeroom <br/>Seniors should leave building after textbook/resource drop off and pick up of Diploma. Students do NOT need to stay for the duration of the window of time.<br/></p><p>Graduates who are unable to <b>pick up diplomas</b> in person in homeroom on June 26 may pick up on June 27 or June 30 as per instructions at <a href="https://stuy.enschool.org/apps/pages/index.jsp?uREC_ID=126943&type=d&termREC_ID=&pREC_ID=461265">this link</a>.NOTE: Parents and guardians may only pick up a diplomas provided the graduate has signed the Diploma Release form at that link. Photo ID will be required. <b>Diplomas cannot be mailed or replaced.</b></p><p><br/>The building will be closed after June 30 for construction. No diplomas can be picked up over the summer until the week of August 25.<br/></p>
