The event will start at 10 AM and end at 2:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. It will comprise of sessions with faculty members (Dr. Susan Daniel and Dr. Rong Yang), current graduate & undergraduate students and alumni in industry as well as an information session on the college application process. There will be a breakout lunch session offered for participants to sign up for on a first come first basis to chat with our graduate volunteers over lunch. There will also be multiple Q&A sessions throughout the day to interact with us. This event will be an excellent opportunity for the girls and their parents to learn about the experiences in different career paths in STEM and what to expect if interested in pursuing a STEM degree in college and beyond as well.
