Register! 3/16 @7pm - Mental Health During COVID-19: How To Make Sense of the Science with Michael Mullarkey, Ph.D.

Please join us for Stuyvesant's Mental Health Wellness Night presented in collaboration with the Stuy PStuychology Club, Stuyvesant High School and the Parent's Association!

The presenttion will take place at the March General Parent's Association Meeting on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 following the PA meeting at 7pm with special guest speaker, Dr. Michael Mullarkey from Stony Brook University.

Dr. Mullarkey will present on: Mental Health During COVID-19: How To Make Sense of the Science by Michael Mullarkey, Ph.D.

Dr. Mullarkey is a clinical psychologist and intervention scientist with expertise in adolescent mental health and self-guided treatments. He is part of the team doing research at the Lab for Scalable Mental Health at Stony Brook University.

Michael (he/him/his) completed a BA/MA in Clinical Psychology at American University and then worked as a research assistant at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill’s Medical School. He earned his PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin and completed his predoctoral psychology internship at Stony Brook University and is a google scholar. His current projects are focused on translating symptom-level findings into scalable, targeted interventions for psychopathology.
