Who do I go to for help with Pupilpath? Jupiter? Talos? Albert?

While Stuyvesant has made strides in reducing the online systems we use, we know you still sometimes forget or need reminders of ‘Where to Go and Whom to See for Help’. Here is a HANDY DANDY GUIDE. If you lose this little chart, don’t worry, in the Programming and Technology section of every Weekly Update, you are reminded of how to get help! Jupiter and Albert – go to the Help Desk at help@stuy-mail.org. Pupilpath activation codes are given out by the teachers who use them! Help Desk cannot help you with PupilPath. Teachers give your child an instruction sheet with the student AND parent log in – ASK YOUR CHILD for it or email the teacher. Better yet, come to parent teacher conferences and ask the teacher in person!
