Question of the Week - 11/4/19 - WHERE CAN STUDENTS GO FOR ACADEMIC HELP?

<div> <h2><span style="color: #ffff00; background-color: #3366ff;"><strong>QUESTION OF THE WEEK</strong></span></h2> <p> <strong>Where can students go for academic help? </strong></p> <p>Now that the 2<sup>nd</sup> marking period is underway, it’s a good time to get a boost by going to the <a href="#English"><strong>Writing Center</strong></a>! Whether you have a little writer’s block or just need to get a paper completed, you can stop by periods 3-8 during lunch or free periods in room 615E (next door to Mr. Grossman’s office).</p> <ul> <li>Students may also use <strong>Academic Intervention Services (AIS)</strong> after school! Stuy teachers meet on a weekly schedule to offer free tutoring and support! Check out what classes are offered and the entire schedule in the link provided in the <a href="#Testing">Programming Section</a> of this Update!</li> <li>Sign up for an <strong>Arista Tutor</strong>! FREE one-to-one peer tutoring provided by upperclassmen who have achieved academic mastery in specific subjects, essay writing and editing! Sessions may be scheduled during a free or lunch period or anytime that is mutually convenient! Want more information on Arista?
