<p><strong>Stuyvesant High School's Funding </strong>is based on what is reported on these forms by families.</p>
<p><strong>We rely on city, state, and federal funding for most budgeting as a New York City public school. Accurate reports help us get much needed funding to meet student needs.</strong></p>
<p>The school does <u>not</u> see your form when you fill it out online.</p>
<p>You may choose from multiple languages when you fill it out online. The Form is convenient, secure and worry-free.</p>
<p>You may request a paper form if you do not wish to fill out the form online in room 209.</p>
