PSAT Day is on October 16, 2019 for ALL 10th and 11th graders.

On Wednesday, October 16th, ALL 10th and 11th graders will take the PSAT/NMQT at Stuyvesant High School during the school day. All students in grades 10 and 11 should arrive at 8am. They will be assigned to take the test by homerooms. The schedule is on the school website calendar at THIS LINK and was emailed to students and parents Saturday.

Freshman and Seniors do NOT come to school at 8am. Simultaneously, during the PSAT, there will be a special presentation for Freshman by the School Counseling Department in the theater. All 9th graders should arrive to school to enter the theatre by no later than 10am. The presentation for freshman will feature performances by StuyFlow; cover academics and course sequencing including Tech and CS and feature student voices and a special Freshman Seminar on Making Connections.

There will also be a special presentation for Seniors by the College Office on Financial Aid for College in the 5th floor dining hall. All 12th graders should arrive to school to enter the cafeteria no later than 10am.

After the presentations and the PSAT, classes will begin at 12:14pm for ALL students who are not receiving extended time accommodations. The afternoon’s schedule is available on the school website under the “students” tab or by this direct link.
