Any student who wishes to be considered for their Fall 2 024 semester program to reflect a ‘free’ 10th period to participate in PSAL team practices and games must fill in the ZQT-10 form to request it. The form must be submitted no later than Thursday, May 23, 2024. This request is based on an anticipated need to be excused after 9th period class to participate on a Fall PSAL team.
