NYPD Guardian’s Association 4th annual Prom King 2024 event. This event provides free prom and graduation attire to Junior High School and High School students male students (and those who identify as male) of the NYC Board of Education. The students will also have an opportunity to receive free haircuts, raffles, and mentorship as well as learn how to tie a tie from Police Officers within various units of the Department
