Parent Teacher Conferences will take place remotely by phone on Thursday, November 21 from 5:30 to 8pm and on Friday, November 22 from 1-3pm.
Those that entered requests on Talos by November 14 will receive appointments on Tuesday, 11/19 via email. As outlined in the instructions, you will likely not receive all the requests you asked for, and this is not an error. Do not contact us indicating you didn’t get a request you asked for. The algorithm fairly distributes as many appointments as possible within the time frames.
REMEMBER: Parent Teacher conferences are just one opportunity, but not the only opportunity, to speak with your child's teacher about their progress. Parent engagement goes on all year. You can always reach out via email to a teacher with your questions or concerns or schedule a time to speak with them. Therefore, know that within these 4 1/2 hours, there is no way to make it possible for all 3200+ families to receive a phone call!
