As indicated in via email instructions and the weekly update last week, Parent Teacher Conferences will take place via scheduled phone calls on Thursday, April 3 from 5:30 to 8pm and Friday, April 4 from 1-3pm. Those families who made requests via Talos accounts by March 28 will receive their confirmed appointment list on Tuesday, April 1 via email. The PTC portal on Talos is closed. We cannot schedule any requests manually or add appointments at this time.
If you missed the opportunity to make a request, please remember that parent teacher conference dates are only one opportunity to discuss your child's progress. View your child's classroom day to day progress on your Jupiter account and report cards on your Talos or NYC Schools account and reach out directly to the teacher via email to discuss any concerns. While they have fully booked schedules on April 3 and 4; parent engagement happens all year long with teachers and counselors.
