Amendments to the Chancellor’s Regulations

Amendments to Chancellor's Regulation D-140, D-150, D-160 and D-170 will be considered by the Panel for Educational Policy (PEP) at its January 27 meeting. These regulations govern eligibility to run and serve on Community and Citywide Education Councils, as well as the election procedures for these councils.

Parents are encouraged to submit comments by email at RegulationD-140@schools.nyc.gov, or by phone at 212-346-5226. Comments may be submitted until January 26 at 6:00pm.
