The PA is in need of the the input of all members to make sure the Parents Association is functioning properly under DOE guidelines!
Please find attached amendments to the Stuyvesant High School Parents' Association Bylaws (the “Bylaws”) for your consideration. The amendments have been reviewed by the Executive Board, which recommends that the Parents' Association votes to adopt the revised Bylaws at our upcoming Stuy PA General Meeting on Monday, April 11, 2022.
Most notably, the amendments align the Bylaws with changes to the Regulations of the Chancellor governing Parent Associations as of November 18, 2021, as well as with the PA’s current operations. Six Stuyvesant Spring Feast Sponsors will present short talks on college admissions and test prep.
