Many of our kids have applied EA or ED to Northeastern University, and are struggling a bit with a courses and grades reporting form they must complete.  The following from NEU might be helpful.

Coursework and Grades Form
As part of the first-year application to Northeastern University, our office requires applicants to submit a Coursework and Grades Form via the Application Status Check. This form is a simple, Northeastern-managed tool that permits students to report their coursework and grades directly to the university. This form should take students less than one hour to complete once they have collected unofficial copies of their academic records. This requirement applies to all applicants even if their school has already submitted their academic records to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

We would like to acknowledge that while this form is an additional step for the students, it allows them to immediately update their senior-year grades as they become available, giving our office the most current view of a student’s academic achievement.
