The first game night at Stuy’s Puentes a la Hispanidad was a blast!!! Students had a great time practicing their Spanish while learning about the history and rules behind traditional board games like Chess, Dominoes and Lotería. Club leaders took turns explaining and modeling the rules and attendees listened carefully as they applied them while munching on some of their favorite local and traditional Hispanic sweets! They bonded over learning something new and winning a game or two. Stay tuned for our upcoming Noche de Juegos Parte II and so much more.
