We have a digital absence form.. Questions for attendance should be sent to the Attendance Secretary at ccintron5@schools.nyc.gov
Students may not excuse their own absences. A parent or guardian must excuse a child's absence by submitting the form.

If your child must be excused Early from school, you must fill out this form in advance and your child must have it on the day they are exiting the building and bring to the attendance office (Room 203).
This form must be signed by a parent or guardian. Students may not excuse themselves early from school.
