Ms. Marissa Maggio shares on Tuesday, December 18th and Wednesday December 19th, she and two of the freshman AP Biology classes went to the Harlem DNA Center to conduct DNA Digests and Restriction Gel analysis. Students digested DNA samples and compared results of the gels to solve a lab mystery.
