On Thursday, 11/13, Painting students had an opportunity to view and discuss works by American artists in the Sixties Surreal exhibit at the Whitney Museum. Artists' works included 'Women and Dog' by Marisol, 'Spirit Flags' by Senga Nengudi and 'Untitled, 1961' by Lee Bontecou. Shifting Landscape exhibit featured a work 'Empire State of Mind/ Flaco 730 Broadway' by Ms. Chu's college studio mate, Aaron Gilbert as well! Students had a fascinating time!
