Dr. Susan Brockman welcomes an archeologist who gives professional online lectures to give a talk with images to her classes this week on Thursday, January 28 at 3pm. Any in the Stuy community who might be interested in attending are welcome.
The one-hour lecture and discussion is entitled, "Digging Deep in Pompeii with the Muddy Archaeologist: Share the experience of excavating the luxury Villa Oplontis," with Gillian Hovell, BA (Hons) Gillian is a professional archaeologist, and an author and Lecturer for the British Museum and York University.
