Ms. Shangaza Banfield shares that chapter 6 on the topic of Physical Fitness her freshman Health class put on their own Physical Fitness Week! Ms. Banfield shared some pictures of how Students generated their own aerobic exercise choreography complete with their own choice of musical selection. For the assignment, students were placed into small groups and they had to create a routine that was 15-20 minutes long which included a warm up, full aerobic activity that exercised various muscles and a cool down.
