¡Enhorabuena! National Spanish Exam results from our students who attained national recognition for excellent performance on the 2019 National Spanish Examinations are in. Attaining a medal or honorable mention is very prestigious because these exams are the largest of their kind in the United States with over 146,000 students participating.
In Level 2, 32 students took the exam with 24 premios de oro (gold); 7 de plata (silver); and 1 de bronce (bronze).
In Level 3, 34 students took the exam with 19 premios de oro (gold); 11 de plata (silver); 2 de bronce (bronze) and 2 honorable mentions.
In Level 4, 44 students took the exam with 13 premios de oro (gold); 20 de plata (silver); 6 de bronce (bronze) and 5 honorable mentions.
In Level 5, 2 students took the exam with 1 premio de oro (gold) and 1 de plata (silver).
When compared to all schools across the New York City Metropolitan Region, the following Stuyvesant students won prizes and placed as follows for their outstanding achievement on the NSE:
