<p>The Mock Trial Team, its coach, Ms. Shuman from the Social Studies department along with mentor, Anne Labarera, hosted guest speaker, Scott Fenstermaker, Esq, on Wednesday, 3/30. Mr. Fenstermaker has over 25 years of practicing law and extensive trial experience. The majority of his experience is as a criminal defense attorney in New York. Students were able to ask him about <i>real world</i> trial practice and criminal justice and discuss the realities of defendant testimony vis a vis school Mock Trial competitions, as well as discuss opportunities in the legal field, particularly trial practice. <i>(photo courtesy of Ms. Shuman)</i><br/></p>
