The Military Opt-Out form was emailed to every student and parent. Please have your child return the signed form to room 209 by Friday, October 18, 2019. You may view a link in English or Chinese by clicking the links.
You don't need to fill out and return the Miltary Opt Out form if you are NOT opting out - however, if you ARE opting out - you need to return one EVERY year.
