Mental Health Services & Project Hope

Let’s talk. NY Project Hope helps New Yorkers understand their reactions and emotions during COVID-19. Through an emotional support helpline, educational materials, and trusted referrals, NY Project Hope helps people manage and cope with changes brought on by COVID-19.

Call the Emotional Support Helpline at 1-844-863-9314 or visit NYProjectHope.org to connect with a crisis counselor for support and referrals to services. Talking to them is free, confidential, and anonymous.

Download flyers here or visit Parent University for more information about the services they offer.
