<p data-block-key="awigx">Congratulations to the mathematical modeling team of Daniel Li, Jayden Kim, Katie Wong, Cyrus Yau, and Andrew Zhang, for earning third place in the Technical Computing category of the 2026 MathWorks M3 Challenge! Among nearly 1,000 entries worldwide, the team was recognized for innovative and outstanding use of scientific computing in their mathematical analysis of the societal impact of online sports gambling, and earned $1,000 in scholarships.</p><p data-block-key="3g0ng">In addition, the team of Evan Chen, Hudson Dong, Ryan Peng, and Ethan Zhang earned an Honorable Mention for their work, placing them in the top 4% of the nearly 1,000 teams worldwide. Stuyvesant also two additional teams place in the top 20%.</p><p data-block-key="5gepl">Congrats to everyone on a very successful M3 Challenge!
